Made in Unreal Engine 5. The painting is from Fallout 4, I'm unsure of its title, but its under the "Modern Art" section. You can even meet the artist in-game at Vault 118, under the Cliff’s Edge Hotel in FO4's Far Harbor DLC. The other assets are from Quixel Bridge.
