This website's intended purpose is to provide access to my work and art to anyone that wishes to engage with it. I have no desire to track traffic to and from the site, nor do I wish to collect data from users including email, names, addresses, or really anything. I have intentionally limited the scope of the site so that no data is needed to be stored in order for it to function. Enjoy my art and be free!
Cookies are small bits of information stored by websites and browsers to add extra functionality to websites like remembering user preferences such as light or dark mode, user accounts, ad tracking, and more.
Essential cookies cannot be restricted, as they are crucial for the basic function of the site. Yet for the scope of my site, I don't need to track any user data and as such, no cookies will be saved by my part.
The "Popular" sort option on the portfolio is not calculated via any collected analytics, but is more so a funnel to the work I'm most proud of and that which others have enjoyed as well.
Therefore there is no need for users to manage cookie permissions as per international guidelines.
If you wish to check if a site stores any cookies, refer to this WikiHow article (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge):
https://www.wikihow.com/View-CookiesText LinkAbsolutely no personal data is used by this website and I have no interest in selling or collecting any user data whatsoever.
I don't know enough about cyber security to feel comfortable hosting a platform that collects payment and sensitive information, so if I ever decide to sell any merchandise like posters or digital assets, I will do so through an external, non-affiliated site with a higher expectation of security and legal accountability.
